We purchased a property developed by Dredco Ltd in East Sussex in 2013. The quality of the property is spectacular. We were so impressed by the property on the first visit that we made an offer before it was complete. The estate agent introduced us to the MD of the company and he could not have been more helpful with answering the many questions we had about the build methods and materials used. We were offered the opportunity to choose things like paint, tiles and carpets as we had our offer accepted during the final phase of the development. The MD kept a close eye on proceedings to make sure we ended up with a home that we were truly happy with. It was nice that we were able to choose so many elements of the finishing touches so that we have a bespoke property that we can really enjoy. Every aspect of the work is covered by warranties for added peace of mind although we have had no problems at all to date.
Mr. and Mrs. M. Dallinger.
I purchased a property that had been developed by Dredco Ltd in Bexhill, East Sussex. I was purchasing for my daughter who was moving to the area. The attention to detail and the quality of the finish was the first thing I noticed as soon as I stepped through the door. It was a lot better than anything else that I had viewed in the town. The other thing I noticed was the complete lack of noise from the road outside and the apartments above and beneath the one I was viewing which were already occupied at this point. I told the estate agent that I was very interested in purchasing the property and arranged a second viewing with my daughter. As I was a serious interested party I was able to meet with the MD of Dredco Ltd on the second viewing. I was very impressed with the level of work that had gone into the development. Both my daughter and I were very interested in the sound proofing that had been done in the property as she was moving from a rented apartment in London where the noise from the upstairs and downstairs property was dreadful and basically made the property un-inhabitable. The MD explained the system they use which basically involves building a double ceiling and insulating them with a very high density acoustic quilt that stops all aspects of air-bourne and impact sound passing through from adjoining properties. This coupled with triple glazed windows leaves you with a property that is completely silent from any unwanted outside noise. Needless to say we made an offer there and then and agreed the sale!
